Sharp’s Chapel Campground is built on seven acres of a thirty-eight-acre farm. The terrain is gently rolling hills that elevate the campsites to four different levels. There are a total of 43 campsites with plans to add additional sites in the future. Also, our expansion goals for the future include a fishing pond stocked with fish for use exclusively by our tenants. 
Among other amenities is a private laundromat for our tenants on-site, that includes 8 washers and ten dryers.
For the convenience of our guests, we also have on the property, 52 storage units for rent.
Our eventual goal is to have a fully developed orchard on the property. Many of the campsites and future campsites have trees of various types, down the property-line. 
We recently planted fifty additional trees. These include many different types of Apple, Pear, Plum and Peach trees. We have also planted a variety of flowering trees.
In addition, we have (at no extra charge), tenant gardens. Our guests can now have a small plot in which to grow a garden of vegetables or whatever they choose. Each plot is about 4 feet by 10 feet. Multiple plots available.
All campsites are on an annual lease and most of our tenants are full time residents. Average Campsites are 80 feet deep and 40 foot wide. This gives you space between neighbors, room to park your RV/Camper, build a porch, park your boat and two vehicles. You can build, with approval, covers for your car, boat and RV/Camper and a porch. Most residents install a professionally built fire pit, for relaxing times in the evenings.
If you like to walk, the road on the campground is just about one mile long. 
We are pet friendly (dogs and cats) and have a huge walking area (See our “Rules & Regs” page) for more details about pets and other important rules that ensure that all guests are comfortable.
Utilities are set up at each campsite. There is electric service via Powell Valley Electric with individual meters. Water and Sewer service is set-up at each campsite. There are no additional fees for water or septic service. We provide a dumpster area on site for your needs. In season, we provide lawn maintenance for each campsite on a weekly basis and mowing for the entire campground every other week.
Campsites cost $425 per month for the lease (it includes water). Insurance for your personal property is at your cost and usually runs a couple of hundred dollars per year. There is a deposit amount that is required that is equal to one month lease.
